The IBP library is a global clearinghouse of materials on a broad spectrum of topics related to civil society budget analysis and advocacy and public finance management. This substantial and frequently updated collection holds key reports, studies, and other publications that document the efforts of civil society budget organizations to improve budget processes and institutions and contribute to the expanding international dialogue on the importance of budget transparency, accountability, and participation.

The library showcases “publications of the month” produced by civil society budget organizations and provides access to electronic copies of all IBP publications, including newsletters, guides, budget briefs, reports, case studies, and key papers.

The materials are organized in 17 categories ranging from “Aid” to “Tax and Revenue” to help you search for specific titles. In addition you can search for content by Country, Region, Topic, Language, Organization Type (IBP or non-IBP), Author, and Keyword.

The library also provides a list of useful links, organized by region and topic, to some of the best budget-related resources and organizations available on the Internet.
