The IBP offers training and technical assistance in order to build the skills of civil society groups committed to budget work at different levels. Through its training and technical assistance activities, IBP seeks to strengthen the capacity of these groups to monitor and analyze public budgets and to use results of this work to contribute to advocacy that will have a positive impact on the lives of people, particularly the poor and vulnerable.
