IBP produces guides and toolkits that aim to serve as reference documents for all stakeholders in the global budget movement. These materials are intended to address the current needs and demands of organizations involved in budget advocacy work as well as any identified knowledge and skills gaps in the field. The guides and toolkits provide accessible, practical guidance for understanding and applying skills, tools, and methodologies for budget analysis, monitoring, and advocacy. They are designed to be useful for a broad range of audiences, from those who are just beginning to conduct budget advocacy work as well as those who have years of experience.
