From Approved Budgets to the Last Mile

PULSE (Public Finance: Unlocking Last-Mile Services) is a new national platform convened by IBP Nigeria to connect public finance decisions with the quality of services and outcomes experienced by communities. Under the theme “From Approved Budgets to the Last Mile,” the inaugural Summit will bring together government institutions, legislators, development partners, civil society organisations, frontline actors and community representatives. Through five evidence-led working Labs covering Health, Education, WASH, Social Protection and Debt, participants will examine the barriers between approved budgets and frontline delivery and jointly identify practical reform actions to improve public services and outcomes for citizens.
