Aminata joined IBP in 2025 as the LME Program Associate. She supports IBP Francophone Africa’s work by contributing to learning, monitoring, and evaluation processes across a range of programs and initiatives. Her role involves working with data to deliver insightful analysis that informs strategic decision-making.
Aminata holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and is currently completing a master’s degree in Territorial Governance and Decentralization at the Institut Supérieur de Management in Dakar.
Prior to joining IBP in her current role, she served as a Monitoring & Evaluation and Research Intern at Enda Ecopop. She also previously worked with IBP as a Community Facilitator and as a Program and MEL Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in program implementation and evaluation.
