Awa Penda Ndiaye

Awa Penda Ndiaye is a tax specialist who has significant experience providing tax advisory to CSOs and government. She has set the tax portfolio of Oxfam Senegal and led on the first tax equity assessment in Senegal. Awa Penda has international experience, having worked in France, served as a technical advisor to the Director of the Tax Administration in Haiti and led on major tax projects in conflict areas. She has recently joined Expertise Francaise in France.
