Badara FAYE joined IBP in 2024 as Senior Program Officer for Operations and Finance. He holds a DUT in Finance and Accounting as well as a diploma in Business Administration and Finance from the École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar. He gained significant experience as an auditor, particularly in the agriculture sector and development projects. He then spent five years at Mazars in Senegal, where he worked as a Senior Consultant in Accounting, Human Resources, and Fund Management. Badara also collaborated with the Mastercard Foundation, particularly in managing grants for Senegalese universities.
In addition to his professional experience, Badara is currently a member of the alumni network of the École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar, where he serves as the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising. Passionate about travel and music, he enjoys laughing, savoring good food, and partying.
