I joined IBP in 2023 as the Global People Manager and I am a passionate culture catalyst, seeking to create environments that foster peak performance and enable workplace joy – this is how I like to envision my work as a People leader. Prior to joining IBP I worked at Restless Development as there Head of People, and was part of the Global Leadership Group where we focused efforts on supporting youth-led change and shifting power. I am also currently a Trustee for Bond, an UK-based organisation that connects, strengthens and champions a dynamic network of civil society organisations to eradicate global poverty, inequality and injustice. Jen holds an Msc in Project Planning and Management for International Development from the University of Bradford, a BA in Peace Studies from Lancaster University and holds a L5 CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management. She is also an Associate member of the CIPD. As both a mother and feminist, Jen is keen to bring equity and empathy into the workplace and ensure progressive work practices and conditions are in place for workforces now and in the future.
