Lilian Ibeh is an intentional feminist and a passionate advocate for gender equity and equality. She is strongly dedicated to contributing to processes that enable structural shift to create a more inclusive and equitable society where social existence and more liberating forms of political and cultural expressions that uphold feminist values are reflected. Prior to joining the International Budget Partnership as Program Officer under her Strengthening Public Accountability for Results and Knowledge (SPARK) initiative in September 2023, she was the Program Officer and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Lead for Alliances for Africa (AfA) where she supported development of various strategic programs and initiatives, community engagements, policy advocacies and coalition building. Lilian has a bachelor’s degree in history and international relations with over three years of experience working in the development space to engender sustainable change. She has and continues to bolster her capacity through feminist, research, policy advocacy, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) trainings among others.
