Since 2013, she has been working extensively in the open government and public financial management reforms space. As Strategic Communications and Engagement Consultant at the IBP since 2025, she is now facilitating and supporting efforts to refresh and reimagine IBP’s narratives and engagement strategies. Her work includes developing and implementing a roadmap to refresh IBP’s thought-leadership content, coordinating knowledge-sharing across IBP’s global partner networks, managing dedicated digital channels, and supporting major regional and global events. She also works closely with colleagues and partners to strengthen communications that highlight the impact of open and accountable public budgets on promoting social equity and sustainable development. Prior to joining the Communications Team at IBP, she served as Communications and Outreach Coordinator of the Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency (GIFT), and before that as the country point of contact of the Open Government Partnership in the Philippines. Previously, she also led the Governance Reforms and Fiscal Transparency Division of the Philippine Department of Budget and Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the University of Bordeaux in France.
