Marion joined IBP in 2019 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Senior Director of Finance and Operations in 2022, taking on expanded oversight of HR, legal, IT, contracting, and governance in addition to her original financial leadership responsibilities.
Her career spans two decades of financial leadership in international development and humanitarian work, including roles as CFO for Viamo Inc and Senior Director of Project Finance and Compliance at Conservation International, where she led complex negotiations with the Green Climate Fund and the Global Environment Facility. She began her career in internal audit and risk advisory at Ernst & Young in Paris, and started her international work with Médecins Sans Frontières, managing field and regional finance operations across Africa, the Middle East, and Haiti.
She holds a Master of Science in Finance from KEDGE Business School and is fluent in French and English. She is based in the Netherlands.
