As Senior Events & Safety Officer, Trish oversees the logistics and planning of in-person and virtual meetings, including venue and hotel selection, contract and rate negotiations, travel arrangements, and event support. With a strong focus on safety and risk management, Trish prioritizes duty of care, risk mitigation, and thoughtful planning to ensure every event is safe, seamless, within budget and well-run. Trisha has worked in the events field since starting her career in 2004. Before joining IBP she held positions at the Institute of International Finance, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the IMF. Trisha holds an BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and an MTA in Event Management from George Washington University.
