Vina Arimbi joined IBP in July 2025 as a Program Coordinator, where she focuses on developing the learning, monitoring, and evaluation components of the SPARK project in Indonesia.
She brings experience from both international and local NGOs, with a background in program development and management across sectors including refugee protection, disaster risk management, waste management, and women’s empowerment. Vina holds a Master’s degree in Social Development from the University of Sussex, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from President University, Indonesia.
Driven by a strong commitment to social justice, Vina is passionate about creating inclusive, equitable opportunities for marginalised communities. She sees her role at IBP as a meaningful way to contribute to building a fairer world through evidence-based development work.
