In the fight for greater budget transparency, participation, and accountability, our inspiration comes from our civil society partners working at the coalface of open budgeting in over 115 countries around the world. This report focuses on IBP’s work, but it is our partners’ stories of impact referenced throughout the report that more vividly tell the story of why we do this work.
