Reporte Nacional 11 de Vigilancia a la Descentralización

This report describes the changes implemented by Peru’s regional governments and executive during 2003-2006 as part of the country’s decentralization initiative. Aimed both at public officials and at social, institutional, and entrepreneurial leaders, it presents recommendations for the decentralization process, such as how to overcome administrative deficiencies that limit the proper use of investments.
