The Human Rights Impact of Local Government Corruption and Mismanagement in Rivers State, Nigeria

The report details the misuse of oil revenues by local officials in Nigeria and the harmful effects on primary education and basic health care. Based on interviews with government and donors, civil servants, health care workers, teachers, civil society, and local residents the report also offers specific recommendations to these groups.
